Can an innocent person be arrested and put in jail? Answer: YES.
Example:
Two people are together alone. One person
calls law enforcement and complains that the other person just struck him. But
it didn’t really happen. Law enforcement arrives and arrests the so called
assailant and takes him to jail even though there were no visible signs of an
assault; no burses, no cuts, no blood or signs of a struggle, just the other
person’s word.
Law enforcement doesn’t use common sense, just the BOOK.
This is also the case in any other type of charge.
So this is saying you are not safe from being arrested if you are alone with another person, no matter where or who, even your own wife/husband or children.
All it takes is for one person to be upset with you and one phone call from that person to law enforcement and your life is ruined for life. It doesn’t matter if after spending time in jail while law enforcement investigates and fines the charges are unjust or you go to trial and a jury fines you innocent, your life will be ruined because the media convicted you and blew the story out of proportion when you were first arrested.
But the chances of you going to prison for a number of years even if you are innocent are very high unless you are wealthy, Bill Clinton and O.J. proved that years ago and if you talk to any lawyer he will also agree, the court room is not about justice, its about money. You will also find that Judges call it “Their Court Room”, I use to think it was the people’s court room. Also, the only things you will hear in a court room is what the judge allows, whether or not it is the truth or not, he will run the court room his way. I thought a judge was just suppose to interpret the law, make sure the lawyers did their jobs correctly and keep order in the court room. Who appointed him GOD? So, if you are not wealthy and arrested you will most likely go to prison even if you are innocent.
SO, if you want to stay out of prison, you better do exactly as you are told or stay by yourself in a very small cave out in the middle of nowhere.
