Good or Bad
( Note: A * following a business will indicate their is a report on them
on the Report on Businesses page. Clicking on the * will take you to their

Folks, for your protection you need to know which businesses
are good, bad, take care of their customers or not. On this page I will list
businesses that are reported as good or bad according to your reports. If
you had a bad or good experience with a Citrus County Business let me know and I
will list it here. In your
e-mail you must include the business
name, address, type of business, your complete experience information, date
experience happened, your name and address. All of this
information must be included in your
e-mail or it won't be posted. And please
keep the reports clean and truthful. In the subject line of your

with the subject line already filled in.
Maybe we can get something good started that will help protect
you from having a bad experience with a local business or steer you to a
business that treats their customers good. On this page you will find the

Hwy 44 W, Inverness. Date unknown but
before cold weather set in. When first moved into this home set up an
account with AmeriGas and started paying yearly rent on their tank. Found
the tank defective, gauge did not work, reported this to them a number of
times over the years. Finally they came out just before the cold weather set
in and fixed the gauge. In order to repair the gauge they had to empty the
tank which was full of gas and paid for, only thing gas is used for is
heating. They refilled the tank and charged me for that gas. The tank is
their responsibility to keep in working order seeing how I am renting it and
the gas inside it was already paid for, I should not be receiving any bill

Christensen, 8001 S Suncoast Blvd, Homosassa
Springs, FL. Beginning of September 2008 to end of November 2008. He is not
to be trusted, during the trial it looked like he was working for the DA,
not his client. During his opening statement he told the jury he didn't have
to do anything, it was up to the DA to prove his client guilty and nothing
is just what he did. I am not a lawyer but during the trial there were a
number of statements made by the DA that even I know Christensen should have
objected to but didn't. He advised his client not to testify on his own
behalf when even the judge said later he was surprised the client didn't
because most likely the client testifying would have helped. During the
trial two jury members were seen with their eyes closed like they were
sleeping. During a break the client was told this and upon returning to the
courtroom the client reported this to Christensen but he didn't do anything
about it and later in a hearing about the two jury members with their eyes
closed he denied his client ever told him. At the end of the trial the
client was found guilty and leaving the courtroom myself and the client's
mother told Christensen again about the jury members having their eyes
closed as if sleeping and he said he would handle it but he never did. The
only reason the issue about jury members sleeping went in front of the judge
is because a lawyer from another county was hired to pick up after
Christensen dropped the ball. After the sentencing trial and the sentence
was handed down by the judge, the judge was able to say what he felt about
the case. The judge said he was surprised by the verdict the jury came in
with. The judge said this case never should have come to trial, it should
have been thrown out. It was a very clear case of boy dumps girl, girl uses
daughter to get even with boy. CHRISTENSEN DIDNOT FIGHT FOR
